I first called AIC and spoke with Alfredo, the owner. I provided him with multiple interior and exterior photos of our current front door along with its dimensions. The next day, we visited the company's showroom where Alfredo took the time to show us all of their amazing products. After providing us with a little insight on the architecture style of our home (we had no idea), we settled on the door provided in the images. The process took less than an hour. The following day, a representative came to our home to take more precise and final measurements. Installation took place less than a month later. THEY ARE BOOKED SOLID, so unless someone else cancels or fails to confirm their appointment, you will have to wait. The installation crew arrived promptly at 8am. They set up plastic barriers to prevent dust and particulates from spreading beyond the entryway. I provided them with an EZ-UP canopy for shade in the driveway where they set up their table saw. Although the job took 4 hours to complete, they plan ahead by scheduling an entire day with the homeowner. This helps in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The workers were professional and respectful. Their work was impeccable. They knew what they are doing! We couldn't be more pleased with every step of this process and we were even more pleased with the end result. It was better than we expected. I highly recommend you take a hard look at Advanced Iron Concepts and, if possible, drive to their showroom to see firsthand what options are available. One note: This door is exceedingly heavy. Unless you have at least two strong people, you will NOT be able to remove it from the hinges should you need to move furniture or appliances in or out of your home. Other than that, the door is exceptionally beautiful and you will not be disappointed with the product nor the company. One final note: AIC also makes custom iron gates, porch/patio enclosures and even iron fireplace enclosures. They are stunningly beautiful, too.

I've had nothing but problems with this guy. Very unprofessional. DO NOT use them. We spent thousands on a verry high end front door with a special key. The doors were never aligned properly in the first place. It was a nightmare getting them to come back out to fix that problem. The wife tells you to call the husband and the husband tells you to call the wife. They want to email instead of call. When they call, they call from different numbers, and they don't leave a message. Then they use it as an excuse why they didn't get in contact. I've been trying to get them to come out for months now to make me some additional keys at around $3XX. He said we should have gotten 10 keys instead of 5 in the first place and was very irritated and didn't want to come back out "just to make keys" Just got off the phone and now he said that he's not going to do the job because I called him unprofessional. Don't get doors from them or you will be stuck with a lock that you can't get keys for. I've never been treated like this ever. Is the idea of customer service dead?

Thank you Alfredo from Advanced Iron Concepts. Upon research and the visit to their showroom in Corona, I have been completely enamored/satisfied with my customer experience. Alfredo also requested my husband visit the showroom so I made another visit. I chose my wrought iron doors and we sat down and Alfredo wrote out our contract. He then visited our home to measure the doors to order our custom made doors to exact specifications. From order date to delivery date, our order came in ahead of projected time frame. The two gentleman that installed the doors worked skillfully, quickly and professionally. They taped off the foyer, removed my mats, put down their industrial mats, removed the existing framing and skillfully installed new framing, insulation, doors and hardware. They cleaned up afterwards and final payment was provided upon completion. I have other home improvement ideas in mind and Advanced Iron Concepts offers beautiful, well made, well designed products to choose from. I am wholeheartedly satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone considering using this company.

We love the new iron door! Even better was the professionalism that the whole task was handled. From choosing the door in the showroom to the installation and cleanup was amazing. The showroom had many samples. All setup for display. Two guys came out to install. One did the inside and one did the outside. It was an amazing job, Thank you Advanced Iron Concepts

Good Prices and Quality

Smooth transaction from start to finish and meticulously installed. Beautiful, very solid, heavy door, and I think no one will attempt to break in lol.

This company is the real deal. Very good craftsmanship. Just had a gate installed last week. Would easily hire them again.

The doors are great but the son and Dad are rude, mean, condescending and have zero customer service skills. They were not very helpful either on buying the door handle needed and we bought the wrong kind. 900 down the drain. WINDOWS DONT OPEN.Germo was awesome!! ( the installer) . I wouldn’t buy from this company again.
