From choosing the door in the showroom to the installation and cleanup was amazing. The showroom had many samples. All setup for display. Two guys came out to install. One did the inside and one did the outside. It was an amazing job, Thank you Advanced Iron Concepts

Google review 11/12/2023The doors are great but the son and Dad are rude, mean, condescending and have zero customer service skills. They were not very helpful either on buying the door handle needed and we bought the wrong kind. 900 down the drain. WINDOWS DONT OPEN.Germo was awesome!! ( the installer) . I wouldn’t buy from this company again.
Sorry to hear you were not pleased with our service. You did have an opportunity to visit our showroom and see how the handles and door's function. We also provided specifications so that you can purchase your own handles elsewhere. Most hardware companies have a return period where you could have returned the lock handle set even if it was opened. We made every attempt within our reach to assist you.

I made numerous calls to them while my door was being customized, and they were always kind, courteous, and made me feel like I was their only customer. It's a family business and the dad, wife, sons and installers were awesome. I would highly recommend this company.. go to their showroom (Corona) and I'm sure you will feel the same way. The price was considerably cheaper than the other companies I received estimates from. They are not only business owners..I consider them friends now. Thank you for adding that million dollar touch to our home. I'll call to say hello sometime. 🤗
